PAYMENT PLANS WELCOME

Global Midwifery Care includes comprehensive prenatal care with one hour prenatal following the routine prenatal schedule of care, a birth kit of essentials, assistant fee, medications you may need during your birth and postpartum care for both birther and baby at days 1 & 3 and weeks 1, 3 & 6. This also includes bedside ultrasound as desired, lab draws as needed, newborn screenings & medications & a well person exam within a year of birth 

For those choosing hospital based care or that fall outside the threshold of safe home birth, Monitrice Care is available and includes one prenatal visit, home labor care until your transition to a hospital, including vitals and fetal heart rate checks, cervical exams as requested & comfort measures for managing the early stage of labor. Hospital labor & birth advocacy & postpartum care on the global midwifery care schedule. Additional prenatal visits may be added to this package as desired. 

This “a la carte” style care is for those families choosing a hospital birth but looking for more hands on, individualized care on their prenatal journey. Visits include a mental & physical well-being assessment, nutrition discussion, hands on your belly baby assessment feeling position, listening to heart tones & assessing baby growth. These one hour long visits allow for time to have thorough informed choice discussions and may also include lab draws, ultrasound and well person exams.

This care is for those families choosing a hospital birth but looking for a little more care in the postpartum period. Visits include a head to toe newborn exam for babe, a birthing parent check in including assessment of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, lactation & intuitive parenting guidance and can be scheduled at any frequency you’d prefer. Option to add gentle in home Newborn Metabolic Screening, Hearing Screening and CCHD Screening and injectable or oral vitamin K

Looking for a quick sneak peek at your babe? Need verification of pregnancy or a position check? This non clinical ultrasound is a 30 minute visit and includes pictures and a short video. Families welcome! 

For those choosing a medical abortion before 12 weeks gestation, this service allows for 24/7 access to questions, concerns and a clinical perspective for what is normal and to be expected. I will help guide you to a resource allowing for a private and confidential termination of pregnancy through medication mailed to your door and guide you through the process. This service is offered virtually, through text or zoom.  

This all in one water birth package allows for both Flourish Families and others, seeking a water labor or birth to simplify their search and lessen the hassle. A professional grade birth pool, accompanying liner, faucet attachment, and "fish" net is included. You must provide a hose. The water birth kits is delivered at the 36 week visit and will be picked up on or before the day three postpartum visit!  This package is not included in the Flourish Midwifery Global Fee. 

This visit includes health and nutrition counseling, a head to toe physical exam, breast exam, pelvic exam and any lab testing as indicated or desired. (Pap Smear, STI testing, Pregnancy Testing Blood work) Fee includes lab draw and processing but does not include fees incurred through the lab service. Labcorp fees can be billed to insurance. No Cold Stirrups or Nakedness necessary!! 

Looking for something without the frills? IUD removal, a quick PAP smear or STI testing? Blood draw, pregnancy testing or something else? This one is for you! This 30(ish) minute visit gets down to the nitty gritty and gets you what you need, no extras necessary!

IUI/IUC Services include preconception counseling, lab draws for testing as needed, in home IUI/IUC (sperm washing as needed) and follow up care and consultation. Each session is billed individually and $50 of each session (up to 5 sessions) can be applied to the global midwifery  fee if choosing Flourish Care for your pregnancy and birth. 

This visit includes a modified well person exam for the teen or young  adult. We will also discuss menarche, basic cycle tracking, how to self breast exam and answer any questions or concerns that may be coming up during this amazing and often delicate time. STI testing and Pelvic exams are not typically performed during this visit but can be added if there is a need or desire from the client to do so.
